📌 What is ADI Pekerjaan?
A structured training pathway for current employees under the ADI scheme, designed to upskill within their company via a "place-and-train" approach. Ideal for those looking to gain certified skills without leaving their job (incept.edu.my, adi.gov.my).

👤 Who Is Eligible?
Malaysian citizens aged 18–40
Employees who have been with the company for less than one year
Those interested in earning SKM Level 2 or 3 certification while working (adi.gov.my, incept.edu.my)

📚 Program Structure & Incentives
Training Mode:
20–30% classroom learning, 70–80% on-the-job training (incept.edu.my)
Certification:
SKM Level 2 or 3 credential
Incentive (Employee):
Up to RM4,000 for SKM Level 3, RM3,000 for SKM Level 2
Incentive (Employer):
Financial support during the training period
