Introduction to Malaysia's Dual Training System (SLDN)
1-Day Certified Induction Programme

Course Overview 

This programme is designed to introduce industry personnel to Malaysia's national dual training system – Sistem Latihan Dual Nasional (SLDN). It equips in-company trainers with the essential knowledge and skills required to supervise apprentices, in accordance with standards set by JPK (Department of Skills Development).

    Course Content
    The course covers the following modules:
    - Introduction to Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) / CIAST
    - Overview of the Malaysian Skills Certification System
    - Introduction to NOSS (National Occupational Skills Standards)
    - Understanding the ADi Perantisan Concept
    - Recognition and Qualification for Accredited Personnel (PPKSPP)
    - Programme Accreditation Based on COPTPA Guidelines
    - Apprentice Registration Procedures
    - Quality Assurance in SLDN Programmes
    - Course Assessment (Written Test)

    By the end of this programme, participants will:

    ✅ Be qualified to register as ADi (Jurulatih Industri) under JPK
    ✅ Know the correct procedures to register apprentices and ensure compliance
